Are you accepting new clients?
I am not accepting new clients at this time.
Do you offer telehealth and/or in-person appointments?
I offer telehealth (online therapy) video sessions and limited in-person sessions.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, I accept self-pay and Optum insurance, which includes United Behavioral Health commercial insurance. Please first contact your insurance provider to confirm whether I am in-network.
What is the cost per session?
The cost per session ranges from $125 to $175.
What happens after I schedule an initial session?
You will receive an email invitation to create a client portal. In your client portal you will be able to access the intake forms. I ask that you please complete the forms before the initial appointment.
What can I expect during my initial session?
The initial session will be an assessment. We will focus on discussing what led you into treatment, your expectations for treatment, the symptoms you are experiencing, and other pertinent information.
What if I'm not sure whether I'm ready for therapy?
Seeking help can be a difficult decision. Willingness to engage in treatment is key.
I always schedule an initial phone consultation. During the call we can discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding therapy.
